Teacher Mentorship Program

The Southbridge Public Schools teacher mentorship program is designed to give first-year teachers in our district

valuable perspective and practical help from established teachers who are familiar with our district and its individual needs, as well as classroom instruction and our policies.

All teachers new to the district are paired with a mentor, who dedicates time to helping those teachers understand the practices, culture, technology and support systems at Southbridge Public Schools.
