The Family Welcome Center & Central Registration

All new students entering the Southbridge Public Schools from Pre-K through 12 will register online or at our Family Welcome Center, 25 Cole Avenue, Southbridge MA (the former Southbridge High School).

Registering your student:

Online: Create an account in our Aspen Portal and use our Online Student Registration guide to submit your application online. Through the online application you will be able to easily upload documents using a mobile device.

In Person: Paper applications are available through the links below and can be submitted along with the required documents to the Family Welcome Center (25 Cole Avenue, Southbridge, MA). The welcome center is open from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Required documents for all new student registrations:

Photo ID of parent/guardian
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Physical Health Exam (within last 12 months)
Proof of Residency

Cómo inscribir a su estudiante:
En línea: Cree una cuenta en nuestro Portal Aspen y utilice nuestra guía de Inscripción de Estudiantes en Línea para enviar su solicitud por internet. A través de la solicitud en línea, podrá cargar documentos fácilmente utilizando un dispositivo móvil.

En Persona: Las solicitudes en papel están disponibles a través de los enlaces a continuación y pueden enviarse junto con los documentos requeridos a la Family Welcome Center (25 Cole Avenue, Southbridge, MA). El centro de bienvenida está abierto de 8:00 a. m. a 4:00 p. m., de lunes a viernes.
