Community Group Seeks to Reduce Poverty, Families Invited to Survey (In English y En Español)

Opportunity for the Tri-Community, also known as OpT, has formed with the purpose of seeking to increase opportunity and reduce poverty in the Tri-Community of Charlton, Southbridge, and Sturbridge. The group is coordinating with the Tamarack Institute to guide the project.

Currently, the group is conducting a survey of any resident of the Tri-Community area. Below, you will find links to the survey in English and in Spanish.

Please note that this survey can be submitted confidentially. The survey provides an opportunity to include your contact information, but this is optional.
