Patrick Danby joined Southbridge Public Schools in 2016 as an Assistant Principal and served as interim Principal for much of the 2017 – 2018 school year. Previously, Mr. Danby served as a mathematics teacher with Springfield Public Schools where he participated in the Urban Principals Development Institute. Mr. Danby was named Southbridge High School’s Principal in July 2018.

 

Mr. Danby is passionate about turnaround work and is excited to continue to work with the Southbridge Schools community. He works closely with teachers, middle school administrators and the district to ensure student-focused improvement in our schools. The school and district priorities are focused on boosting literacy and creating a positive school culture.  Mr. Danby believes all students need to be engaged in a school community where they are supported in their education and prepared for college or career.
